1 cup baking mix
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt
2 Tbl melted butter
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients together just until combined and dough is moist. I use a 2 Tbl size ice-cream scoop to drop the biscuits onto a buttered baking sheet. This makes 12 perfectly sized little biscuits. Brush the tops of the biscuits lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 14 minutes, or just until beginning to get golden on top. Brush again with melted butter as soon as they come out, and serve warm.
